You Must Relax

This book has been at my Grandmother's house forever. Up until very recently, the title alone was hilarious enough to keep us entertained:



Now, to be fair, I've never read it.

I'm sure it is full of great insight and fabulous tips, but I'll never know, I've never gotten past the title because I've never really found it relaxing to be ordered around like that. It is also full of absolutely unreal pictures of ladies from the 60's trying to relax while wearing very tight, tailored, proper housedresses and I am quite disappointed in myself for not documenting them.

But, the best part of all is this poor guy's dedication page, which might be the best part of the whole thing...
